By using the App, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Our App may include links to third-party social media platforms. These links are provided for your convenience and do not imply endorsement by Kairova Unified. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these platforms.
Kairova Unified reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kairova Unified shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Kairova Unified makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included in the App. You expressly agree that your use of the App is at your sole risk.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the United States, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

You represent and warrant that your use of the App will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the United States.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of Kairova Unified to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms may be translated into other languages. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
Kairova Unified reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the App after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
